Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

   - Returns must be initiated within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak times or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.

   - Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   - Certain items are not eligible for return,  personal care items once opened.

3. How to Return an Item:

   - Contact our customer service team at support@divestore.in / 94810 93696 to initiate a return.

   - Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Conditions Under Which Return/Replacement Requests Will Not Be Accepted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Sale or clearance items, unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Products have been opened or used.



Refunds

1. Refund Process:

   - Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

   - If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

   - You will receive the credit within 3-5 business working days.

2. Late or Missing Refunds:

   - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

   - Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

   - Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

   - If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@divestore.in / 94810 93696.


Exchanges

1. Defective or Damaged Items:

   - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@divestore.in / 94810 93696 and send your item to: 1st Floor, Mohan Mansion, Medopharm Wellness PVT LTD 48/105, Kasturba Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001.


Shipping

1. Return Shipping Costs:

   - You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

   - If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Shipping Time:

   - The exchange product will be delivered in 7 days


Order Tracking

1. Tracking Your Order:

   - Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

   - You can also track your order by visiting our website and entering your tracking number on the Order Tracking page.

2. Delivery Issues:

   - If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team at support@divestore.in / 94810 93696. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

3. Order Updates:

   - We will send you email updates regarding the status of your order, including shipping and delivery confirmations.


Order Cancellation

  1. Can I Cancel My Order?

  • Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@divestore.in / 94810 93696 as soon as possible.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
