Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
